Why You May Not Even Read This

The world is broken down into teeny tiny bite sized pieces for us these days. How convenient! Our attention spans have been nuked with on demand hits of social media dopamine and having the entire world at our finger tips. (Cue Bo Burnham’s “Welcome to the Internet”!)

In fact, if you fully read this blog post, you are part of a small 2% of people. The world needs the YOU that slows down to dig into the real stuff.

Do we HAVE to get all of our info from 90 second video clips or concise captions?… please say no, because I’m here for more. I don’t have the content cranking abilities that the world is asking for these days!

I’m starting a blog because it feels right! This is a space to be thoughtful about topics, to be long winded when I feel like it or brief when it clicks best.

This blog is packed with real life tips, skills, insights to show up in a better, brighter way with integrity. I’ll also be sharing my personal leadership low points and my most helpful resources.

And I want to hear from you! We can create a community where authenticity and the real stuff is celebrated.

A friend noted that some people may not read Elevated Leadership because it isn’t “quick” enough for today’s world. To that I say, great! Those are not my people. Elevated Leadership is for the deep thinking who want to understand the WHY of their leadership before jumping into the HOW.

I am looking for the people who DO want to go deeper and to understand more. Are you with me?

My encouragement to you is to recognize what is zapping your energy and how you can do less of that?

What is giving you energy and how can you make room for more of it? Starting this blog is giving me energy and so I am showing up fully for it!
